If you don't love Walker's, you just don't get it. This diner/dive bar is a San Pedro institution, frequented primarily by bikers and locals. Located on Paseo Del Mar, you can walk across the street and enjoy a gorgeous view of the ocean (and Sunken City!). The small interior has not been updated since the 50's, and seats about 20 people tops. A hand painted menu above the bar lists various breakfast and lunch classics, and draft/bottled beers.

The ladies working are always really sweet to us. Whether or not this has anything to do with the fact that we've only ever rolled up on one of my boyfriend's choppers, I cannot be sure. Regardless, we always feel welcome. The beer is ice cold, the food is shockingly good, and their 1950's coffee machine makes them Smart N Final grounds taste better than Stumptown. A true gem.

AMAZING PLACE: very real, authentic, excellent food, most of which including the soups are made from scratch right there on the premises.  Their clear broth chicken soup is, literally, like my momma made.  They have full breakfasts, home made potato ...like hash browns but big pieces, plus they have hash browns.

They are absolutely unique, are in the most AMAZING location on Point Fermin a mesa over the Pacific Ocean, in Coastal San Pedro, Calif, the southernmost tip of Los Angeles City, period, and i think the southernmost point in Los Angeles County, also, except for Santa Catalina Island.

I am not a Biker, nor do i drink alcohol.  They consider themselves "Biker Friendly but not a Biker Bar" which I think is like saying "We're a Biker Bar but we love everyone!!!".   Some people criticize the  attitude of the staff, but at least they are not being fake, like "I'm your server for today and 'You got it'! but said in rote way.   There can be lots of bikers or no bikers.  I've never been treated rudely by anyone.  A couple times I've been there and there's been kinda inebriated people there, but it is a bar and Cafe.

The place looks right across from the Green Mesa of Pt. Fermin Lighthouse Marine Park, over the Pacific Ocean.   It is "funky" in the best, or most real, sense of the word.  No Black Tie formal place.

I don't drink or i could comment on what they serve at their very rustic bar.  Nothing is "made to look rustic", it just IS rustic.  May it last forever and be blessed by God.

My bf, a friend, and I walked into this hole in the wall to grab a quick bite and some water a few years ago. I wasn't going to leave a bad review but the lady behind the counter was so rude that I decided to write it now. My friend asked for a sandwhich and the lady behind the counter said "you can have a burger if you want it." I have never been to a place where you cant get what you order simply because the cashier doesnt want to place an order. We ended up just getting water and leaving. Counter lady clearly only likes to serve the ppl she knows or just bikers. I don't know why we decided to walk in here, the place looks like a dump. Counter lady probably saved us from getting IBS. Horrible service.

This place had the worst customer service I have ever received, EVER! The woman behind the counter was awful. The way that she spoke to us was beyond rude. In the middle of our placing our order she said "Well I'm only preparing breakfast OR lunch, not both" While waiting there we noticed customers that came after us got served first because she knew them.  There was a guy there that helped serve and cook. This man  actually talked to us, courteous and got us what we needed. The woman acted like it was such an inconvenience that we were there and she actually had to work today. Also witnessed customers who left because of the rudeness.  I will not be returning to this place.
